Returns and Exchanges:

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please include the RA number on the package.
Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
